- qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring they meet the company's ideal customer profile
- schedule on-site meetings with potential clients to conduct audits and gather essential information
- collaborate with other teams to understand client requirements and prepare accurate quotations
Requirements
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong phone presence and comfortable making cold calls
- ability to listen, understand, and effectively convey information
- self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- high level of organisation and attention to detail
- availability and willingness to meet clients on-site to conduct audits
- availability to work with flexibility, possibly including evenings and weekends where networking and events determine
- A strong focus on customer relationship management and account maintenance
Education
- essential: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- essential: Proficient with standard office software
- desired: knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- desired: Relevant experience in the cleaning industry
