- promote properties For Sale and manage enquiries
- organising, booking and confirming sale viewings and valuations, and logging into diary
- conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
- solicit and Conduct high quality viewings
- carrying out desk top valuations for online enquiries, and research and prepare comparable
- encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate
- solicit, Promote and Negotiate Offers, checking chains and proof of funds
- register new properties on to CRM system, edit photos and videos, market for sales properties via major property portals
- enter customer viewing feedback on to IT system
- support to the Sales team including conducting viewings dealing with offers and clients etc
- provide vendor feedback and where appropriate seek price reductions or other concessions
- conducting viewings / valuations out of the office as required
- keep all parties up to date and informed on a regular basis
- generate offers
- communicating effectively with buyers and vendors regarding offers
- work with CRM and buyer applicants to secure additional valuation opportunities
- adhering to legislation progress offers to sale and completion
- follow up all necessary procedures for after offer is accepted
- maximise opportunities for introductions to lettings, legal and financial services
- generate new business by booking valuation appointments
- conducting administrative tasks involved in the running of the letting / sales business, which briefly include registering new prospective tenants/landlords, booking appointments, tenant referencing, production of tenancy agreements, checking legally required documentation and related contractual paperwork
- assist and support colleagues to secure key company goals and objectives
- utilisation of IT systems to ensure data is captured and used in a manner to ensure excellent recording and productivity within the office
- carrying out anti-money laundering check and completing relevant legal forms
- build relationships with colleagues and clients
- be an excellent ambassador for Whitegates, delivering a high service level and obtaining positive feedback and reviews
- dealing with all aspects of property management which could include repair and maintenance issues, organising safety certificates, check ins / check outs, inspections, etc
- chasing completion of a sale and informing all relevant parties of updates and completion
- manage and maintain on a daily basis all administrative systems and procedures
