Requirements
- crusade Computer Solutions are a growing IT Support Company based in Cannock
- we provide seamless remote and on-site computer support to firms based in and around the West Midlands & Staffordshire
- we are looking to increase our market presence and grow sales of IT Support in all sectors
- in short, we want you to go out and sell / bring in new business
- selling IT Solutions with an MSP/IT reseller: 2 years
- proactively identify and develop new business in IT Support contracts as well as software and hardware
- since 1999 we have built a reputation for building and maintaining excellent relationships with all our customers, Crusade believe that if you want to ensure that business is booming, it’s vital to have a reliable IT support system in place – and that’s where we come in
- capture new business opportunities and escalate to the Directors if appropriate
Responsibility
- attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills
- any other duties as may be deemed appropriate to the role
- social Media Marketing activities
- you will have responsibility for the entire sales process, from intelligence gathering and prospecting to negotiating, securing and account managing major sales accounts
- developing and maintaining the company CRM
