- provide amazing customer service and ensure our guests are happy and satisfied
- stay up-to-date on our menu items and specials
- make sure all food and drinks are served accurately and promptly
- help us keep our restaurant clean and organized
- train and manage other wait staff as needed
- ensure everyone follows our operational policies and procedures
- help us manage inventory of food and beverage supplies
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- additional training in food and beverage service or hospitality management
- previous experience as a waiter/supervisor in a high-end restaurant setting
- strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for providing amazing customer service
- ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries with a friendly attitude
- ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service and menu items
- flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
