Responsibility

  • leading the marketing team to create impactful campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional routes
  • plan, implement and attend events for staff and our TPI’s
  • marketing Campaigns: Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
  • brand Strategy and Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's mission, values, and business goals. Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the energy industry. Translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance our brand's competitive edge

Requirements

  • knowledge of the UK Energy Market
  • bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • design skills in multiple technologies
  • demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful brand strategies and campaigns
  • excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
  • creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically
  • proficiency in utilising market research and data analytics to drive decision-making
  • collaborative team player with strong leadership qualities
