CROWN COURIERS is looking for employees for positions:
- provide 1st and 2nd Level technical support to all users including support in PC hardware, laptops, printers, and LAN/WLAN, TCP/IP connection
- understand the design, development and configuration of new and existing applications in relation to Business as Usual service delivery
- analyse, diagnose and resolve complex system issues including system integration issues
- analyse technical documentation to understand associated interdependencies and make recommendations for service change/improvement
- develop, amend and deliver management information reports
- provide technical support for new and changed services
- understand complex business requirements and provide support and guidance to deliver an appropriate technical solution
- liaise with other support teams within the organisation and external organisations
- experience in supporting users face to face, over the phone and/or via email
- the ability to solve problems and think analytically
- attention to detail
- excellent understanding of IT and networking
- strong written and verbal communications
- good knowledge of Windows server administration, troubleshooting and IP addressing
- full driving license
- willingness to travel if required
