Responsibility

  • install doors, windows, stud walls, create openings, build timber roof structures for extensions
  • measure and cut timbers to accurate sizes following drawings provided

Requirements

  • full clean UK Driving licence
  • proven experience as a Joiner or similar role
  • proficient in joinery techniques and the use of power tools
  • knowledge of electrical systems is a plus
  • strong attention to detail and precision
  • ability to read and follow technical drawings
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work at heights

ground worker

Requirements

  • previous experience in ground works and building works to British Building Regulation standards is essential
  • ability to interpret technical drawings
  • strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
  • familiarity with health and safety practices on construction sites
  • A valid driver's licence is mandatory
  • excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
  • on site organisation is essential with strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
