• driving data within Cromwell Data set generation, feature engineering & developing ML models that are repeatable, dynamic, and scalable
• supporting with monitoring & maintaining productionised models, identifying, and developing long-term processes, frameworks, tools, methods, and standards
• developing ML models, visualisation tools & analytics to support the business strategy

• advocate and educate on the value of data driven decision making focusing on the “how and why” of solving problems

Requirements

• degree Post graduate degree are welcomed
• proficiency in SQL / PostgreSQL / Microsoft SQL / Oracle
• proficient in Python or R

• adept in in statistics and experience of using statistical techniques
• experience of analysing large datasets and communicating complex algorithms and methodologies to key technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A detail oriented, highly logical, and creative problem solver with a passion for overcoming complex challenges
• proficient in writing clear, maintainable code
• proven business experience within a data scientist role, solving problems through data
