CRIEFF HYDRO is looking for employees for positions:
operations director
Responsibility
- reporting directly to and working closely alongside our General Manager, Kristian Campbell
- manage and develop our key managers, who will be reporting directly into you
- work with the relevant business partner teams to recruit, develop and motivate the right managers, team leaders and team members within the Crieff Hydro Resort Operation to drive both a great customer and team member experience
- deliver and develop the customer offer, in line with the Crieff Hydro brand and story, and work within family-wide supply-chain and operating standards/procedures
- with high occupancy our norm there will be a particular emphasis on driving secondary spend hand-in-hand with further improving customer experience to increase return guest numbers and other relevant customer and revenue metrics
