Responsibility

  • to be able to send and receive emails using Microsoft Outlook
  • basic database knowledge
  • this is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities and the post holder may be required to undertake other duties which fall within the grade of the job, in discussion with the manager
  • work with families and professionals, developing systemic interventions, providing advice and guidance, delivering training, and facilitating reflection on professional practice
  • utilise research and evaluation skills for audit, policy and service development relevant to the mental health needs of children within the Creative Therapy Options Ltd
  • to attend staff meetings as required unless otherwise agreed with the line manager
  • to actively assess any safeguarding risks and report these immediately to Creative Therapy Options Safeguarding managers, to complete all required Cause for Concern forms and submit these in a timely manner

Requirements

  • you will be subject to an enhanced check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service
  • A minimum of two years’ post qualification experience
  • A registered clinical psychologist preferably with qualifications in EMDR, DDP and/or Theraplay, SAI or an expression of interest to undertake the relevant training
  • an accredited child clinical psychologist preferably with qualifications in EMDR, DDP and/or Theraplay, SAI or an expression of interest to undertake the relevant training
