Working hours

Responsibility

  • provide fist line IT support
  • monitor Network & Server infrastructure
  • taking phone calls on the service desk, handling service portal tickets and emails
  • providing remote and on – site IT support where required
  • responding to system failures in a timely manner
  • creating and maintaining procedures for new and existing processes

Requirements

  • excellent communications skills
  • operates well unsupervised
  • takes ownership willingly
  • able to remain calm under pressure
  • can explain highly complex technical issues in “lay-man’s” terms
  • flexible and adaptable to changing environments
  • excellent understanding of PC Hardware & Operating systems always keen to grow knowledge
  • technical support: 1 year
