  • due to continued sales growth, we are seeking to appoint this senior technical role to lead and manage a centralised design team within the company
  • must have extensive experience in using AutoCAD software
  • this role will involve the supervision and mentoring of all 2D and 3D drawings produced from our existing, highly skilled team of CAD Technicians
  • responsibilities will include planning and forecasting of workload for multiple client projects, co-ordinating the daily operational requirements of the team including delegation of drawings and managing individual outputs in a proactive manner

Responsibility

  • key responsibilities will include site audits, attending pre-start site meetings and the communication of documentation to the site installation teams
  • this role will be responsible for the development of all lift plans, risk assessments and method statements for the safe installation of precast concrete flooring products within our construction sites
  • on a day to day basis this role will involve numerous site visits to evaluate site access and prepare all relevant paperwork in accordance with current HSE guidance and legislation
