- must have successfully held a management/leadership role within a technical team
- due to continued sales growth, we are seeking to appoint this senior technical role to lead and manage a centralised design team within the company
- must have extensive experience in using AutoCAD software
- this role will involve the supervision and mentoring of all 2D and 3D drawings produced from our existing, highly skilled team of CAD Technicians
- responsibilities will include planning and forecasting of workload for multiple client projects, co-ordinating the daily operational requirements of the team including delegation of drawings and managing individual outputs in a proactive manner
