Requirements
- previous experience of FMCG manufacturing operations
- proven track record of managing teams , ideally within logistics operations
- knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques
- proven track record in achieving compliance and consistent product via following agreed processes and systems
- ability to interact with customers and work towards leading audits
- ability to assess, review and deliver root cause analysis
- transport and or 3pl knowledge required
- warehouse experience: 2 years
