Responsibility

  • process customer enquiries, ensuring prompt replies to maintain good customer relationships
  • administer Sales Orders and Quotes, managing the process to ensure the correct information is delivered internally
  • answer customer telephone and email queries
  • update marketing literature
  • assist in tendering/bid processes when necessary
  • obtain shipping quotes and book shipping as necessary
  • manage the company website and simple social media pages
  • assist the Business Development managers with customer communications and act as a link between the remote BD teams and the internal organisation
