Responsibility

- operational Efficiency: Utilise MRP system, adapt to technology, and optimise production processes. PLC experience an advantage
- wet Wipes Expertise: Apply knowledge of wet wipes machines for efficient production and troubleshooting
- coverage and Continuity: Manage team holidays, provide production cover, and collaborate with maintenance teams
- health and Safety: Uphold safety standards, promote awareness, and maintain a safe work environment
- performance Targets: Drive daily performance to meet production goals and initiate process improvements
- accountability: Take ownership of night shift operations, ensuring quality and efficiency
- raw Material Management: Identify and requisition daily raw material needs for production
