- provide quality support by being engaging, friendly and confident to help us deliver a first-class end-user experience for our customers
- maintain a high understanding of the County Broadband Terms and Conditions, Code of practice and contract types
- provide all level-one support on any contractual disputes and support any escalated cases with management
