- ensure all technical factory paperwork is prepared and issued following controlled documented systems
- ensure customer complaints are recorded and where applicable responded to as required within the agreed timescales
- country Style Foods Ltd , is a modern craft bakery company that works closely with leading retailers and food service customers, specialising in high volume production of top quality bakery products
- inputting complaint data into KPI reports to enable trending as applicable
- ensuring samples are logged onto the lab system as and when required
- ensure factory documentation is issued for all lines throughout the NPD and launch of products and any other documentation as required
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- customer service: 1 year
- administrative experience: 1 year
