Responsibility
- to ensure all complaints are minimised and handles professionally as in accordance with our policies
- to supervise & manage the Bar team in line with company policies and manuals
- work with the General Manager to maximise sales performance and achieve sales in line with targets
- ensure effective control of stock and staff costs in
- oversee the service of beverages within the Bar, Function Bar & Restaurant Bar, along with food service within the main bar and maintain overall responsibility for beverage service throughout the Hotel and
- to ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
