Responsibility

  • commensurate on completing the duties associated with the post
  • JOB TITLE: Deputy Nursery Manager
  • HOURS: 30+ hours per week
  • HOURS: 25+ hours per week
  • to ensure confidentiality of all information received
  • to assist with the preparation and maintenance of materials and equipment
  • to be responsible for the Health and Safety standards appropriate for the needs of young children and ensuring staff compliance and awareness
  • maintain staff ratios on a daily basis, ensuring the effective deployment of staff

  • to maintain CPD and participate in appropriate external activities and in-service requirements some of which may be mandatory
