complete an accurate and comprehensive analysis of client’s financial position
payroll
Responsibility
inputting payroll data into our payroll system accurately and on time ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual pay obligations
supporting the creation of letters e.g. probation pass, pay review and bonus
maintaining accurate payroll records for audits and internal reviews
managing some of our family friendly procedures
supporting with payroll reports and documentation
administration of employee benefits
driving and delivering the new starters and leavers processes ; producing accurate new starter documentation, managing and delivering new starter communication, issuing payslips, P45/P60 form for leavers and other payroll documents as necessary
getting stuck in with wider team projects as well as taking the lead on some smaller administrative projects

Requirements
A passion for financial planning with proven experience working in administration for a Financial Planning firm
be working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
