Responsibility

  • inputting payroll data into our payroll system accurately and on time ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual pay obligations
  • supporting the creation of letters e.g. probation pass, pay review and bonus
  • maintaining accurate payroll records for audits and internal reviews
  • managing some of our family friendly procedures
  • supporting with payroll reports and documentation
  • administration of employee benefits
  • driving and delivering the new starters and leavers processes ; producing accurate new starter documentation, managing and delivering new starter communication, issuing payslips, P45/P60 form for leavers and other payroll documents as necessary
  • getting stuck in with wider team projects as well as taking the lead on some smaller administrative projects
