identifying new estate agents that will appropriately partner with Cooke Painter Solicitors
reporting into the Managing Director, the New Business Development and Conversion Executive role is essential for the introduction of new clients and the on boarding of new clients to Cooke Painter Solicitors
follow up and contact clients who have been offered quotes to onboard for our conveyancing services
develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders such as the Managing Director and other directors
utilising our IT systems to record instructions or reason for declinature
providing quotes for our conveyancing business as requested by potential direct clients, clients introduced by estate agent partners, on-line and social media clients and walk-ins

excellent sales skills in a telephony environment both inbound and outbound
