Responsibility
- 1.Own the brand, website and content plan globally
- 2.Manage and oversee the marketing team, including marketing consultants, to deliver high quality content and deliverables
- set individual objectives and ensure the team has a strategic direction as well as being task focussed
- establish and maintain a best practice marketing function which works to an agreed brief which is owned by the business
- 3.Establish closer relationships and insight with our distributors to establish effective marketing channels
- 4.Take direct responsibility or delegate responsibility for key marketing activities including the website, events, email marketing and social media
- 5.Set business requirements for marketing consultancy and manage relationships
- 6.Direct marketing activity to “grow the market”
