Responsibility
- your tasks
- responsible for supporting maintenance and production activities by carrying out welding and fabrication duties
- health and Safety
- report all accidents and incidents to departmental supervision and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence
- work in accordance with safe systems of work, procedures and statutory regulations
- ensure own knowledge of fabrication and welding regulations and guidelines is kept up to date
- maintain a good standard of housekeeping and ensure the correct use of PPE for required activities and areas
- supporting continuous improvement across the department, in order to achieve company targets of cost, quality, productivity and delivery, with due regard to compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining the health, safety and welfare of personnel
