Responsibility
- provide timely and effective technical support to users via various channels, including email, chat, and phone
- diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users and ensure appropriate solutions are provided
- escalate complex technical issues to the development team and follow up until resolution
- document and track reported problems, providing detailed information to assist in efficient troubleshooting
- collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements in the platform's performance and usability
- contribute to the creation of support documentation and resources to assist users in solving common problems
Requirements
- proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar technical role
- strong knowledge of software applications, databases, and troubleshooting methodologies
- excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
- ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users
- familiarity with construction or project management software would be advantageous
