conduct regular inspections to ensure proper usage of TIG and MIG welding techniques, guaranteeing high-quality welds and compliance with industry standards
train and develop production staff, conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance
maintain accurate production records, including daily production reports, inventory levels, and any relevant documentation required for quality control purposes
provide leadership and guidance to a team of production workers, motivating them to achieve production targets and maintain a high level of quality
collaborate with the quality control team to develop and implement quality assurance procedures, ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer expectations

maintenance of the yard area, ensuring that areas are kept clean, tidy and free of any obstructions at all times
the loading and unloading of deliveries manually and on a counterbalance and combi forklift truck
general maintenance of warehouse, both internally and externally
sorting and grading of stock and the insurance of stock rotation
assisting with stock take as required
management of the on site skips, ensuring that materials are correctly disposed of in the appropriate skips, and the notification when the skips require emptying
