Responsibility
to provide excellent quality manufacturing of uPVC windows and doors, composite doors, gables, bi-folds and patios
to make sure your work is completed in line with the work instruction and standard operating procedures
to follow and be responsible for the Health & Safety guidelines and regulations
to assist your colleagues, team leaders and supervisors in resolving production queries when required
to work with the production team to develop ideas for continuous improvement
to work as part of a team and develop positive working relationships
to focus on producing a quality product, in line with the production plan, ensuring targets are met and customer delivery is on time and in full
warehouse supervisor
Responsibility
to support team leaders and supervisors to assist with resolving production issues as and when required
adhere to the correct manual handling procedures and techniques
demonstrate good attention to detail when picking products ensuring the correct products are picked and delivery notes are checked and completed in full
ensure all vehicles are loaded in a safe, correct and acceptable manner ensuring all deliveries arrive in a manner which meets our customers’ expectations

Requirements
ideally CIPD qualified, working towards, or are willing to work towards
experience in a previous role in payroll through monitoring time and attendance
A willingness to undertake further training with the ability to implement learning into your daily work
excellent team working skills with the ability to develop good positive working relations with all stakeholders and employees as this is a front facing role – not just sat behind a computer all day
Responsibility
assist with health and safety issues including overseeing the monitoring of staff accidents
sending offers out and maintain accurate records of all new starters including right to work information and signed offer documents
update HRIS System with employee information as well as training, SOPS, and absence
ensure all work is in accordance with the policies and procedures of Conservatory Outlet
payroll administrator

general HR administration and payroll support
assisting with onboarding, employee record management, and HR documentation
providing assistance with payroll processes
ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all administrative tasks
