- we are looking to recruit 3 Repairs Quality Inspectors within the repairs and maintenance team covering our housing portfolio
- A good knowledge of current health and safety legislation, construction regulation and best practices
- this role offers flexible working from home and our office hubs
- the role will be covering a number of differing work types across the Repairs and Maintenance Team
- this position requires a hard-working individual with good people management skills, excellent communication skills with a good track record of providing an excellent customer experience
- about Connexus
- you will be carrying out pre-inspections, property surveys, preparing specifications for remedial works required, and post inspections of work streams to ensure standards are met, these will cover both occupied and un-occupied properties
- you will also be managing the use of sub-contractors ensuring they are compliant in all aspects of Health and Safety and compliance and that their work is completed within targets and to Connexus standards
