- complete requested tasks by the Residential Co-Ordinator, Residential Manager and Managing Director
- ensuing the home and external grounds are clean, tidy, safe, and secure
- ensuring Health and Safety Checks are completed
- to participate in training, events and team meetings as required
- take responsibility for completing Mandatory Training and other relevant training, as identified in discussion with the Residential Co-Ordinator
Requirements

- flexibility, creativity, initiative, and self-motivation
- proven co-operation and communication skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- A flexible approach to working hours in line with the potential unpredictable nature of
- residential Childcare: 1 year
