CONNECT PERSONNEL is looking for employees for positions:
- directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
- cooking and preparing high quality dishes
- assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
- supervising all kitchen stations
- supervising, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
- being responsible for health and safety
- being responsible for food hygiene practices
- ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
- level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
- level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award
- minimum 2 years relevant experience
- awareness of manual handling techniques
- good knowledge of all sections
- ability to produce good quality food
- awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations and chemical safety
- good oral communication
- previous experience in a training role
- previous HR & Payroll experience
- organised, hard-working, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
- excellent communication, inter-personal and written skills
- pro-active with a desire to improve processes
- CIPD Level 3 qualification in People Practice desirable

- to ensure that a stock of essential spare parts is maintained on site to reduce downtime caused by breakdowns
