• main Duties and Responsibilities
• patient Care Co-ordination is the face of Connect Health handling inbound and outbound calls from patients, clinicians and GP surgeries covering a range of queries such as registration of patients, booking and amending physiotherapy appointments as well as coordinating the administrative pathways to ensure that we provide a comprehensive and seamless experience to our patients
• as a Patient Care Advisor , you are responsible for delivering a patient-centred service ensuring the highest level of care is provided at all times
• you will handle the inbound and outbound calls and the coordination of the administrative pathways, ensuring all calls and administrative activities are dealt with efficiently and effectively and in line with business processes
• the role requires balance between delivering a considered and supportive service to the patients, while completing tasks and duties in line with internal performance metrics
• as a member of the Connect Health team, are expected to demonstrate our company values and behaviours when dealing with patients, GP's, and colleagues
• identify any personal training or development needs

• the Capacity Planning Manager will have line manager responsibility for a team of analysts who support the planning cycle identifying opportunities to improve performance whilst managing the needs of our colleagues and patients

• essential
• educated to GCSE standard
• NVQ Level 3

• experience of forecasting & capacity planning, preferably in clinical environment
• desirable
• experience of developing a forecasting tool, workforce management tool & telephony systems
• sound knowledge of MS Office
• highly analytical and numerate
• strong analytical and organisation skills
• knowledge of workforce planning tools
• attention to detail, with high regard to data input and accountability
• exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to present data in a logical format
• planning qualification demonstrating qualities required
