Requirements
- proven office management experience preferred
- proven HR generalist experience is expected
- experience in payroll management desirable
- proven HR generalist experience of three to five years is expected
- experienced in developing & supporting line managers through change
- experience in payroll management
- an ability to maintain confidentiality & act with discretion & diplomacy is crucial
- excellent time management skills & ability to multi-task & prioritise work
Responsibility
- managing employee schedules and potential conflicts
- manage complex employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement & redundancy
- taking inventory of office supplies and keeping stock order
- apply HR & business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
- helping establish and maintain office procedures
- files and archives accurate records
- monitors training material and confirms all is up to date
- manage the administrative duties of payroll & payroll records & keep finance appraised of any changes
