  • we are seeking a commercially minded BDM, with a track record in service oriented B2B solution sales
  • familiarity with the business outsourcing sector would be beneficial
  • the role will suit a highly motivated individual looking for an exceptional career opportunity in an owner managed business
  • the successful candidate will drive the sales efforts to help scale the business
  • they will identify and build an active pipeline, developing core verticals and targeting new market opportunities
  • the role will incorporate both the identification and acquisition of new clients as well the nurturing and development of these clients
  • with decision makers spanning up to C-level, the candidate must demonstrate significant entrepreneurial flair combined with sharp commercial acumen
  • the job is based from our North West London office, with travel to prospects and clients as required

Requirements

  • you will be goal oriented, self-motivated and keen to deliver high quality outsourcing solutions
  • the long term objectives of the client will be at the heart of every conversation
  • business development: 4 years
  • you will be inquisitive, demonstrate great questioning and listening skills, and have an innate desire to make a positive ongoing difference to every new business client
  • whilst possessing the autonomy to make key decisions, the BDM will also need to demonstrate the ability to liaise confidently with the project management, client delivery and call centre teams, to drive those teams to ensure that every client solution is delivered in a timely and professional manner
  • the successful candidate will have an ambition to progress in a highly reputed business, where you will be working closely with the senior management team to help achieve its growth targets
