• AINM Reporting and follow up
• ensuring the safe working and planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment as required, in a timely and efficient manner
• maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
• regular liaison and attending meetings with ship managers, buyers and other key stakeholders to ensure services and inter-departmental working is optimised to ensure best service
• to ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods in a timely manner and in accordance with all relevant HMRC legislation and Company procedures
