Responsibility
- monitoring systems health and reporting findings to the Head of IT
- updating all end user PC’s as and when required
- installation of network devices and network cabling
- resolving IT issues where necessary, aiming to achieve a high % first time fix
- identifying the nature of technical problems and working with colleagues and external suppliers as required to solve
- end user training on PC and Software usage
- project work as and when required
- liaising with the Head of IT to discuss improvements and problem-solving, implementing ideas and strategies to create a more efficient and reliable IT service
Requirements
- minimum experience working in a 2nd Line Support role
- sharePoint Online
- oneDrive
- exchange Online
- teams
- entra ID/Azure AD
- intune MDM
- administering the local domain using Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP
