  • A Social work qualification and registration with Social Work England
  • level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or a willingness to work towards achieving this qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience
  • experience of Parenting Assessment Manual or ParentAssess approach for assessing parents
  • good knowledge of safeguarding, assessment, and risk management and established experience of completing parenting capacity and holistic whole family assessments
  • at least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff
  • experience of partnership working with families and external agencies
  • ability to communicate effectively in complex or challenging situations with families

  • leading and developing staff teams across both settings
  • maintaining compliance, safeguarding, recruitment, audits and standards

  • basic salary: £60,000 – £67,000
  • performance bonus: Up to £24,000 annually
  • total potential earnings: Up to £91,000 per year
