A Social work qualification and registration with Social Work England
level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or a willingness to work towards achieving this qualification
A minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience
experience of Parenting Assessment Manual or ParentAssess approach for assessing parents
good knowledge of safeguarding, assessment, and risk management and established experience of completing parenting capacity and holistic whole family assessments
at least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff
experience of partnership working with families and external agencies
ability to communicate effectively in complex or challenging situations with families

maintaining compliance, safeguarding, recruitment, audits and standards
supporting direct work with children when needed
basic salary: £60,000 – £67,000
performance bonus: Up to £24,000 annually
total potential earnings: Up to £91,000 per year
