• manage and oversee MLC and DMLC certification for all clients
• organising and maintaining both Senior and Team briefings on a regular basis to monitor workloads
• create proposals when requested for potential new clients
• liaising with Senior management both internally and externally with clients where necessary
• assisting with 6th monthly and annual appraisals
• assisting with disciplinaries both internally and externally
