to deliver excellent customer service as part of the public face of Community Property Care
to both respond to enquiries from residents and property owners, and be a point of escalation for their enquiries
to assist and deal with our customers in a professional, courteous and friendly manner
to perform quarterly fire door inspections across a portfolio of properties
to complete reactive repairs on sites within a local geographical area
to undertake minor decorations e.g. preparation and repainting of areas
to assist in organising and prioritising work processes and schedules in the region, plus developing and maintaining effective work procedures, whilst carrying out estate maintenance services to properties and the surrounding grounds
to perform site audits to ensure that the teams are maintaining the sites to the company standards
