Requirements
- suitable Legal Qualification
- good negotiation skills
- experience of reviewing, drafting, negotiating and commenting on legal agreements with a good eye for detail
- familiar with telecommunications legislation and regulations and in particular the Electronic Communications Code
- experience of working with telecommunication wayleaves is desirable
- proficient user of office software packages and in particular tracked changes and paragraph numbering
