Responsibility
- this is an exciting opportunity to join a household name in the tech and financial services industry
- overall responsibility in all areas of the finance function of the business, including all aspects of budgeting and forecasting
- coach and bolster out a team, currently made up of 5 individuals, with room to grow
- deputise for the CFO when required
- driving increased profitability as revenues continue to grow
- prepare budgeting systems to deal with problems presented in the current economic climate
- gear up for fundraises and IPO/sale over the next few years
- A Leading Technology platform is searching for a Group Finance Director to lead the finance team and align focus across the Group Structure. As the firm continues to lead you will enable growth to develop in a sustainable fashion
Requirements
- ACA/CIMA qualified with significant PQE
- ACA/CIMA Qualifications with extensive PQE
- experience in a high growth startup/scale-up environment, ideally in the Technology/Online Retail space
- previous Group Finance Director experience
- fundraising experience is desirable, but not essential
- previous experience within the Technology/Software space
- A real culture champion, who is motivated by the concept of leading and building out a team
- prior time spent leading teams in an international space
