Responsibility
- management of the Finance Team including coaching, mentoring and developing individuals
- preparation of management accounts and managing key performance indicators
- preparation of year end accounts for submission to external accountant/auditors
- management and control of cash flow
- management of company budgets and forecasts
- analysis and presentation of financial data to Senior Management Team
- management of monthly payroll, pensions and taxes
- preparation and filing of quarterly UK VAT return for the group
Requirements
- you will be a Qualified Accountant and have
- demonstrable experience of successful delivery in a Finance Manager role
- advanced communication and influencing skills
- demonstrable experience of leading others and managing people
- an ability to prioritise complex tasks and self-motivate whilst meeting deadlines and targets
- well-developed problem-solving skills and a strong commercial focus
- A high degree of competence in the use of business technology including spreadsheets and financial software
