- help execute the company's marketing strategy, aligning with overall business objectives
- activate events and partnership opportunities with like-minded people, brands, and organisations that align with our values
- plan, develop and execute email and direct mail campaigns, tracking their success and making data-driven adjustments as necessary
- oversee the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content for our social media platforms
- regularly report on the progress of marketing campaigns, using data to suggest and implement improvements
- support the branding efforts of the company by ensuring all marketing materials and campaigns align with our brand image and voice
- oversee website and make amendments to it when needed
- oversee inbound handling, including checking validity, conversion rates, and providing sales support where necessary
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- excellent organisational and project management skills
- ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in marketing automation systems and digital marketing tools
- strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, 3+ years
- digital marketing: 2 years
