COLOUR FACTORY KENT is looking for employees for positions:
- perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs across multiple sites
- handle plumbing repairs and maintenance, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and repairing fixtures
- conduct electrical work such as troubleshooting, repairing lighting systems, and addressing electrical issues
- utilize general building skills to repair, replace, or install fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, and other building components
- maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and time spent
- monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of facilities to ensure a safe and appealing environment
- respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions
- collaborate with other team members and contractors to address larger maintenance projects and repairs
- proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role
- proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and address various maintenance issues
- excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- flexibility to work four days per week, including occasional weekends, and be available for emergency callouts
- high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality maintenance services
