Responsibility
- on-site supervision of a section of works in a safe and efficient manner under the direction/supervision of a nominated site manager
- assisting various demolition and enabling works ensuring compliance with all Safe Systems of Work, including risk assessments and method statements
- complying with and implementation of visual standards
- ensuring productivity is maximized at all times, communicating any delays or changes to management
- providing detail to assist on site management to be able to produce short-term program’s for specific work areas and progress reports
- assisting with site inductions, activity briefings, toolbox talks and record keeping
- housekeeping to ensure that the facilities are kept clean, tidy and free of trip hazards
- and that the site remains secure during operations and at the end of each shift
