• direct clients to the appropriate waiting areas for the service they require within the building
• oversee the diary/room booking system in used correctly and not double booked and required information input in case of DNR or absence
• greet all service users, professionals, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
• to attend and minute the staff meetings monthly where possible including creating and sending the agenda prior to the staff meeting
