Responsibility
- to support client led projects with Admin support, either through the CRM or hard files
- to be the welcoming first point of contact for service users, professionals and visitors entering the youth enquiry service
- to ensure the smooth running of Front of house
- to provide accurate and useful information to service users and professionals including signposting
- to extract reports from the CRM when needed
- to provide administration support for all the team as and when required
- to report to CEO and Fundraising and Community engagement Co-Ordinator
- to work with the team to create, produce and promote good news stories throughout our multi-level digital media to encourage new and consistent engagement
Requirements
