- our Stockport based client is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing manager who has a desire for progression and defined career path to Plant Manager
- to contribute to the optimization of a production plan, operating the production plant in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
- to lead and facilitate individuals and teams to deliver optimal levels of performance on cost, resource, service requirements
Requirements
- proven leadership and management experience
- be able to demonstrate people and performance experience
- graduate/Graduate Calibre Minimum of 2 years successful experience in comparable environment, with experience in a line management role
- analytical approach to problem solving and numerate
- the ability to take a logical approach to decision making
- experience and evidence of accepting and driving ownership and accountability
- experience and evidence of improving line and team performance
- experience and evidence of continuous improvement Competent and confident communication skills
