Requirements
- proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Inhouse or as a Recruitment Resourcer from an agency background
- youll be a LinkedIN networker and comfortable using Boolean Searches
- knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems or CRMs
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within an organisations
- tech industry recruitment experience would be advantageous
