Requirements
proven experience leading a busy workshop, preferably within an airport or aviation-related environment
strong understanding of Ground Support Equipment and its role in airport operations
exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting
demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across airport operations
commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards
A proactive mindset with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement

emergency Support: Provide timely support to relieve operational pressures during peak times or unexpected equipment issues
leadership: Manage and lead the GSE Workshop team, ensuring they are equipped, trained, and motivated to deliver high-quality maintenance services in a dynamic airport environment
