  • at least 2 years experience of managing large groups of staff

  • strong understanding of Ground Support Equipment and its role in airport operations

  • demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
  • excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across airport operations
  • commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement

  • leadership: Manage and lead the GSE Workshop team, ensuring they are equipped, trained, and motivated to deliver high-quality maintenance services in a dynamic airport environment
