- allocation is the principle purpose of this role
- accountable to the DO/DM for the effective and efficient supervision of Ramp teams
- supervise effective service execution on shift in all areas in concert with the DO/DM and other team members when required

- in conjunction with the DO/DM, ensure staff are coached and developed actively and identify appropriate training and development opportunities

Requirements
- experience of staff supervision on the Ramp is required
- experience of staff allocation is preferred
- comprehensive knowledge of customer airline operational procedures
- proven communication and leadership skills gained within a supervisory position
- experience of managing medium/large groups of staff on the Ramp
- at least 2 years experience of managing large groups of staff
- 5 year check-able employment/education history
- 5 year check able employment/education history
