Responsibility
to manage and co-ordinate the cleaning services under their control ensuring that they meet any financial and performance targets
to liaise with clients if requested to ensure the smooth operation of the service
to ensure that all statutory obligations are met in full by staff under their control, to re-train where necessary
to conduct quality audits, health and safety audits and training sessions as instructed by Operation Manager. Report weekly to Operations Manager and Sales Director on the quality of the work on the site visited using the site audit report
to liaise with cleaning operatives to ensure customer enquiries and complaints are dealt with
to ensure that the services under their control have adequate resources to meet their operational requirements and to communicate this to the Operations Manager
to ensure that such documentation required by the Quality Management System is completed or actioned as necessary
to ensure that all staff under their control have received the necessary induction training and have read and understood any documentation issued by the company
