- CIPD Qualification is desirable but not essential

Responsibility
- ensure all staff training records are maintained
- undertake all aspects of administration including updating spreadsheets and databases, drafting communications, scanning and filing documents and creating reports
- liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- support the HR team by facilitating monthly HR inductions for new starts when required
