- we are seeking a property professional who is well presented, professional, personable and a team member who is pro-active in their approach to all aspects of our business
- acting as first point of contact for our Landlord clients and applicant Tenants, the role will be primarily customer focused; on the telephone, answering online enquiries and dealing with clients and customers face to face in our office as well as at Valuation and Viewing appointments
- the role will encompass all aspects of new tenancy creation; liaising with Landlord clients and Tenants regarding the marketing of rental properties, property viewings, negotiation of new tenancies ensuring property compliance is in place and carrying out tenant applicant referencing, so organisation and strong administration skills are key
